"OK so grandpa has his grandsons showing up for July 4th and they want to go fishing on the boat. The bad news is the boat is in the shop being repaired and the motor needs a part that won't arrive until July 7th. I pled my case to John in the Service department and he went way "above and beyond" to try and get a part sooner. He then worked with sales to give me a terrific deal on a new engine and worked overtime to get the engine installed and the boat in the water before the Fourth of July. Result: one happy grandpa and two happy young fisherman! Thanks again Blue Springs Marine for making this a very memorable holiday for my family."

"I bought a used boat from Blue Springs Marine and even though they were selling it for someone else, they gave a very accurate representation of the boat, even showed me the inspection sheet. They were very thorough, handled all the paperwork since I was financing and there was a lien against it from the seller. These guys & girl were excellent to work with. "Rick, Jim Hootman came out yesterday and fixed me up. It sucks to have your new boat break down but I have to say I was very impressed with John and Jim in getting out right away. Jim did a great job with me at the dock on the water. I thought it was going to be a major issue because my trailer access is limited (in storage) but Jim worked and worked and finally figured it out. Please tell him I appreciate the great service and you were right when you told me you have a top notch service department. This is now my 3rd new boat and I can tell you the experience I have had with BSM has been better that the other two. Thank you Eric Huggins"

"THANK YOU Yes I could say Thank You after my comments,but feel this should come first also . I have a 2008 185 Bayliner that was damaged by the trailer.The Hand Winch broke the bolts on the bracket mount ,then the winch rubbed big grooves( through paint,gel-coat & fiberglass)to the bow of my boat. The Blue Springs Marine service department(John) took me in & contacted Bayliner about the problem. My boat was repaired--What a great job My next new boat purchase will be with Blue Springs Marine AGAIN THANK YOU Blue Springs Marine & Bayliner for taking care of me.............."

"After shopping for a new Lowe boat at Cabela's and Blue Springs Marine, I purchased a new FM165 from Mary Jo at Blue Springs. I loved the way she made me feel comfortable with her information and low pressure sales approach. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in aiding me to find the boat that would fit my needs. Many of the other stores I visited were more interested in selling me the boat they wanted to sell, then helping me find the right one for me. The overall experience was great, I only wish I could have gotten zero down like my truck I just purchased. John, the Service Manager was more then helpful in getting my boat back on the water after my 10hr service this month. The service department was very busy, but they took the time to make sure they got me done in time for my fishing trip I had planned."
