"It seems every business is greatly affected, either negatively or positively, by its employees. According to our experience with Blue Springs Marine, we would definitely give a high mark to both the finance department and mechanics however, the standout has to be Tiffany from the service department. We had minor problems with the 2015 Chaparral boat we purchased and major problems with the Coyote trailer that came with it. Tiffany was incredible in helping us. She was our liaison between the trailer dealership and us and worked tirelessly to make sure repairs were done, both within Blue Springs and Coyote Mfg. As we made repeated visits to the store, we worried there might be resentment. Tiffany always remained helpful and positive in attitude and made our experience with Blue Springs Marine successful."

"We purchased our NEW 2012 SouthBay 422CR pontoon with a 2012 Evinrude E-TEC 90hp and after a year on the water with it we could not be happier with our purchase! "Rick, Jim Hootman came out yesterday and fixed me up. It sucks to have your new boat break down but I have to say I was very impressed with John and Jim in getting out right away. Jim did a great job with me at the dock on the water. I thought it was going to be a major issue because my trailer access is limited (in storage) but Jim worked and worked and finally figured it out. Please tell him I appreciate the great service and you were right when you told me you have a top notch service department. This is now my 3rd new boat and I can tell you the experience I have had with BSM has been better that the other two. Thank you Eric Huggins"
